Refund & Cancellation


In most cases, the subscription fee is non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made based on the following circumstances:

  • More than one payment is made for the same period of time.
  • A user paid for the subscription but due to any error receive the benefit in return for the subscription.

Note: It is important for users to produce the transaction number or any other acceptable evidence for future reference and request for any refund process, for whatsoever reason, will be at the sole discretion of Xomoy.


Users can manually cancel any subscription package from the app or website.

  • After it is cancelled the subscribed users will continue to receive the benefit of the pack untill the package expiration date.
  • There won't be any refund for cancellation even if there was any remaining days till the pack expires.
  • Subscription will be auto cancelled after failed deduction of subscription fees before renewal date.
